I cannot figure out how to manually add app shortcuts to home screen since updating to 9.0

I got a used essential phone with no SIM card tray I found one on eBay but it's white and I have a black phone would a white one work are they all universal regardless of color

I recently replaced a USB port and in the setting it says it is not charging but yet it is by battery apps I have installed also the microphone does not work I have checked the connection and it is firmly secured to the USB power cable assymbly

it has been pulled it is not available when you check for updates running 5.1 I also had no issues with it either on my other turbo 2 with the broken USB port, if it has not been pulled please explain how I can get it. Posted via the Android Central App

yes it did as per 2 level Verizon Technical Support assistant, I received a replacement phone and it shipped with 5.1 on it and said no updates available when I set it up so I called Verizon and that is what I was told this is about 10 days ago Posted via the Android Central App

download an app called charger tester when you place the phone on the charger open the app it will tell you if the milliamps are + or - adjust the phone on the charger till you see + or green - will be red Posted via the Android Central App

it was pulled several weeks ago for supposedly to many issues and bugs in it so for the time being if you just purchased the phone or if you had to get exchange it is still running 5.1.1 Kit Kat Posted via the Android Central App

I am getting a replacement phone sent to me from Verizon so I figured I would install 6.0 on the phone I am sending back once my replacement arrives this is the first Android phone I have updated without doing a factory reset and I am pleased with the way it is running, no battery drain issues...
