I sent them the screenshot and pointed out the questionable entry. They are focused on the security patch for the moment. I'm happy that they've actually called me back, don't want to ask them to multi-task.

Quick update: at&t is trying to push out the Nov. 1 2020 patch and having no luck so far.

Thanks, this gives me something else to check with them. I find it helpful to feed them suggestions when they run out of ideas.

Just checked by wife's phone, which has functioning Wifi calling, ATT/ATT/ATT. Thanks so much, I'll get this working yet.
