i just bought a new file manager for my aging asus zenpad 8.0 tablet...because the preloaded app is no longer supported by the developer. Is it safe to un install that app? Doesnt make sense in keeping 2 file managers
It switches back to always on after device reboots itself. Because device is outdated both auto reboot and always on wifi are the 2 outstanding issues. But moreso the wifi issue. Already denied many apps to modify system settings. Still seeing wifi issue. If there is an app to address this...
Most of the time i go to powersaver and disable all networks before sleep. And sometimes ill just turn it off. Or...ill go to airplane mode. Depends on my mood at that given time
It happens even safe mode. When i first bought it, it never did this before. All i need is an app to block apps abilities in changing that setting thats all.

Does anyone else know of an app to block device from switching the wifi to "always" ? It happened again 2 times since yesterday. Once you choose to set it as never it should stay that way. Next time no more asus tablets!

Once again lol the wifi always on was switched to the default (on) it must be fault of the system...many apps i deny control of system with exception of google. FWIW this problem just started up mid 2020
