Why are earphones not working when I play a radio station, YouTube, TED Talks, etc. (I don't play games) but they work with a phone call? I've tried 3 sets of earbuds and none work, although until about a week ago they did. I make sure the connection is secure/firm, earphones symbol is displayed...
