For those of y'all that chose the Gear VR on your temp phone - has anyone called Samsung and gotten the Content Bonus transfered over to your new Note 7's IMEI? I got three 256 GB Cards (my very first Note7 came with a bad front-facing camera) and the Gear VR.

No memory card inserted. There are no refurbished models of these phones, yet. I'm returning this phone and I had to buy another phone. New one will be brand new. I tried a bunch of different ways to perform the factory reset. Same results every time. It's a broken Front Facing Camera. :(...

I did a factory reset and didn't restore any backup data. I made sure it was completely fresh... So it can't be app related still, can it? Still crashing. :(

T-Mobile is going to swap it out.

I've been on hold for a while. Android tech support thinks it's hardware. We tried the method above. It didn't work.

No one has blues in stock.

Does this every time. No matter if i try to launch it through a text message or just the camera app. I get that warning and then it crashes the camera app. I've rebooted the phone twice and reset it once.

And it's the blue one. Sad day... :( A replacement is going to take forever to get here... This stinks.

Oookay. I just got another text from T-Mobile saying that my order has been processed and it gave me the same tracking number. It's actually just the same text as the one I had gotten on Sunday. UPS still hasn't updated yet. :( Blue Coral - pre-ordered on the 4th.
