Scratch that. Cache partition wipe didn't resolve. Factory reset didn't resolve. Replacement device ... didn't resolve.

This looks like it might have resolved it. Hasn't froze since i wiped the cache. Still hammering it to ensure it is resolved since it is a brand new device however. If there is a fault i need to know asap :)
