My phone's been working for hours trying to get everything setup for me. I don't dare try to interrupt to see if there's lag. I already know there will be.

I got a T-Mobile from Samsung. I open the SIM tray and didn't see a SIM card and panicked a little because I didn't see anything else in the Box. And then checked all the packing and the card fell out.

I didn't have "signature required" on my tracking like most people do.

I didn't sign for ours, but my tracking didn't say it was required, either.

I got a FedEx update saying they have delivered, but never saw a FedEx truck. After initial panic, thinking they delivered to someone else's house, I found them outside of the garage. Phew!

I finally got tracking on our two phones placed midday 2/10. ETA 2/22. I am a little relieved now after seeing all of the delay stories. We just got black phones, which probably lowered our chances of of having issues.

They probably had too many lunatics complaining that they paid for overnight shipping and saw people online with standard shipping getting their phones before them and wanted a refund. IIRC, I saw some posts like that in the past on here.

If you don't plan on leaving T-mobile anytime soon, order the T-mobile variant. That was my justification. I don't see myself going back to Verizon or AT&T. So, I'd rather err on the side of caution.
