i cant install an app without wifi :/

i bought my s5 2 weeks ago and its amazing but when i connect it to my home wifi the wifi stops working on it and on any other device(computer,laptop and other phones) but when i turn the wifi of on the galaxy s5 the wifi comes back on the other devices PLEASE HELP !!

if i change the ip to static it will not let me connect !! and where is the save button ?! PLEASE help !!

I bought my galaxy s5 a few days ago and it's perfect, but when I choosed to use the fingerprint scanner. one day I wanted to replace it with the popping colours effect but its not letting me choose an unlocking effect And I am using swipe to unlock so... I'm not sure what is the problem Please...
