You should explain a little more about the mechanics, but only by watching the concepts, i like the first one more. The 2nd one does look neat, but i would still stick with the 1st.

Depends on the price and how well it looks/plays on android. I would play it on a tablet if the interface is good, rather than a smartphone. Last time i played it was on the ps3, via the playstation store, it was worth it ;)
