But if you toggle off, then calendar app will not sync

If I toggle off the notification, then syncing of email stops and I need to sync manually, which makes absolutly no sense,

If I uninstall or even tell the app that notifications are not allowed, my default calendar built into my Samsung S21 stops syncing my calendar (my email is not affecyted).

I do swipe away the notification and syncing continues and then some time later the notification comes back. If I go into the Samsung Email app (even though I do not use it) and turn off notifications, then syncing does not occur automatically, which makes no sense,

I misinterpreted your response, forget the screen print included. But now reading your post, I think you are telling me to click on the Samsung email account listed in the accounts but there is no samsung email account because I do not use samsung email.

Yes, I have the Microsoft Outlook installed and I have an app "TypeMail". In type mail I have an imap email (my domain) and I have an Outlook account installed as an exchange account.

I have a Galaxy S21 and I have no Samsung email accounts but I often have a notification which shows "syncing email". Why do I get this notification. It appears to be until I swipe it away.

Thank, that was the same as I previosly did. I believe I found the problem and it is fixed. The Samsung email account was set for Notification not allowed, when I changed it to allowed it started working again

The android app does not allow me to manual change the settings, the desktop outlook does. Can you give me the the settings for both incoming anf outgoing server settings?
