check your connections, I had a similar problem and it was because my cable wasn't plugged in all the way.

I had this issue and it turned out that the cable wasn't plugged into the wall charger completely. Hope this helps.

I agree, it looks very slick although I'm not sure what apps you can run in it but I would imagine that you'd be able to run Google office apps. I may just have to upgrade my mate 9.

No SD support, if you're concerned about storage buy the 128gb version.
