Ok, I actually solved this. the turn off lock screen is hidden in the developer settings. So for anyone else having issues you need to enable the developer settings and then go in there. The option to turn off lock screen is in there.

Funny how everyone bashes down on apple and iPhones design but when Android phones take after the design everyone praises it and goes "woooow, finally a nice design", "finally I can go back to *choose your iPhone copycat*" and so on. And no, I'm not a apple fan or iPhone user.

Export option does not show on my transfer app. There is an app win windows store called contacts + messages backup but it's not backed up in xml format as the description says. It's backed up in .msg and .hsh format. Don't know if this helps.
