Same here. Tried all the "Tricks" in the other posts and nothing worked. I got the 1st GB update and am running 4.06.605.3 with no problems and smooth processing, so I see no need to update again. Maybe they'll finally fix the "No reboot" in the next OTA update.

Yeah, after waiting an hour it never "rebooted". I'm giving up. My phone is running 4.06.605.3 and it's fine. Hopefully HTC will get the issues fixed before they release another "update".

What worked for me was changing the calendar to 1 month ahead. Got to settings/date & time/ move forward 1 month and then check for system updates. It should pop up. Good Luck!

Same thing happend to me. What worked for me was setting the calendar forward 1 month and then checking for updates and the 4.0 software update re-appeared. My phone is now updating.
