Extremy happy...I was about to return my G5 because of the battery, but it is now stellar. I'm shocked at how much better my battery life has been these plast few days. It may have been that my initial software was bad and I needed to do a reset, but since the install I am seeing GREAT BATTERY...

It was just a bug... Haven't noticed it again thankfully.

I'm not a IT specialist but I believe it is software glitch.... This has been reported by a number of people and Honor suggest that it is Software issue as well.

I believe it is purely a software issue that Honor can resolve. I am thinking about returning but if I return it I doubt I would return to it. I really like the device but.... If I return the only device what I could I get in its stead, Axon 7...been there (though they say the update fixes...

No it's not restricted to YouTube. That was my initial thought. But I imbedded videos as well the Dailymotion app are refusing to play as intended.

The problem is not as you have stated. The issue is that the YouTube app and videos imbedded in sites, like ESPN, will not play at all. If I'm lucky the audio will play. Just black screens of nothing. Infuriating for such a great device to have this critical flaw...smarthphones are consumption...

It continues to happen over and over, it has to be rebooted now every few hours. Other video playback us affected as well. I'm having problems with imbedded videos on most sites....just dark screens but audio plays. The only thing that is killing this phone for me.

The speaker is barely okay, nothing to love, nothing to hate. It does have problems at max volume. I believe that is the main complaint.

iPhone is not perfect and it has some major issues for how I like to use my phones, but apps generally work without issue. This video playback is a MAJOR ISSUE. I'm surprised this has not been expressed by others, except for one reviewer....literally reboot twice to three times a day.
