Forgot to say that the email was for my camera. And I actually got an email from samsung with a tracking number before I got an email from fedex lol. And thank you, hopefully the charger comes soon.

So I got a tracking number for my camera today and it'll arrive on the 24th. My charger and sd card on the other hand changed from shipping between 11/19/17 and 11/26/17 to 12/10/17 and 12/17/17. I wonder if I'll ever get it <_<

Did you get a tracking number from the promo status site or email or both?

Yea mine just updated to "We expect your gift to ship between 11/19/17 and 11/26/17. Please check back often as shipping dates may change." Pretty ridiculous considering they're still selling the same promotion items on their website...

What do you mean they won't do anything? They didn't even try to "escalate" it?

Is yours like this too? "Gift sent" No tracking number or email... samsung support is pretty incompetent. Really frustrating having to deal with something so simple as packaging and shipping.
