Samsung freebies, which did you choose and how did you submit it?

Samsung finally sent me an email asking for pics of the package and box. Sent them today.

Not trying to be racist but Is the promotion team just an Indian call center? Every single time I call in it's someone that sounds Indian with broken english. I keep getting told how sorry they are and to call back if it hasn't shipped yet. Is there any way to get in contact with someone higher up because obviously no one else has any power to do anything there.

Thankfully it's jist the gifts and not the phone lol. Mine jist says expected to ship Nov 19 thru 26. I registered Sept 7.

True, although I ordered it on the 7th and paid for overnight shipping and the next morning it said it was on backorder, I finally got it on the 13th. I've just never had an issue through the gift promos before.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST
The wireless charging pad works fantastic(so far) in the flat configuration with the Otterbox Commuter case on. Trying to use the pad in the upright configuration is spotty at best. Placing the phone in the same spot will sometimes charge the phone continuously, sometimes it will start to charge then stop charging (without being bumped/touched), and sometimes it will not charge at all.

Mine states shipping between Nov 19th and Nov 26th. I guess it's time to start calling every other day. Im getting to the point where I'll be surprised if I receive anything.

I registered on 9/21 for the 360 camera, got an email on 10/31 saying my gift will ship the week of 11/19 or sooner. I received a shipped email today with tracking.

I'll be shocked if mine ships the week of 11/19 thru 11/26. I'm more looking for a 3rd email saying mine got pushed back again. Lol. But since it's free is I'm trying to wait patiently. Now if it doesn't come in the time they said then they will get my first call. Hope yours change soon or get it when email says.

Lol yeah. When it comes to sd card I'm already using the 256gb from note7 in my note8. I was going to give the 128gb sd card to my fiance but since he don't care bout extra storage I'm going to keep it as a back up or see if my mom wants it. And I already got the Samsung flat wireless charger I got after I got note7. But, I want to try the convertible wireless charger. So whichever I like best will become my main one and other will be back up. Lol

I finally got an email from the escalation team, they blamed the delay on FedEx. and asked for my address again, but no ship date or new tracking number yet.
