Mine has started working post update! After dozens of failures I had given up for a while with my 2013 BMW... the phone would stop working after about 10 minutes on Bluetooth and then disconnect from the car. Ever since the update, (so far anyway, from about 5 trips) it is still working! :)

I tried the trick yesterday of not allowing messages to sync with my 2013 BMW. At first I was very happy cause it was working! It worked for the rest of that trip (about 20 mins) then when I got back in the car a while later, it was back to it's old tricks. WIth mine... it spins a ton, then...

I just got a 2013 BMW 328i and am suffering through the same exact problems as well... very frustrating!

That is VERY helpful information, thank you doogald. I just checked, and although I only have one bar, my 1x signal strength is around the 70s or 80s much of the time, so I guess it must be fine but I just didn't realize it until now. THanks again for your help everyone.

Hi there, Got my Maxx on launch day and absolutely LOVE IT. The only issue I'm having is that I have a Verizon Network extender in my house because the signal where I live is somewhat weak. My last phone (Samsung S4) picked up the extender very very well and my wife's phone does too...

That's exactly what I did. I was somewhat unhappy with my S4 for the same reasons, so I got the Maxx and sold my S4 on Craigslist. I missed the menu button for a couple days.. then got used to it and don't miss it at all anymore. :) Cheers!

Only problem is.. I've had no need for it. After charging it at night on my bedside stand in the dock... I've had NO need to use the wireless charger during the day!

I was able to retrain with "OK Google" and it works great! While re-training, there was a couple times it didn't accept it and it told me to do it again, but I just kept saying it and after a few tries, it accepted it and it works great now. Thanks for the great idea!

Thanks everyone... I just did a battery pull and it still didn't work and it won't let me delete the account. But then I downloaded Aqua Mail and that seems to be working, thanks!

I've noticed that my wi-fi is a bit weaker as well, I previously had the DINC 2 which picked it up better. However, when it comes to the tower cell signal, the Moto Max picks that signal up about 3 times better than the DINC did, so that's huge for me.. at my house my HTC averages 1 bar or no...

is it tighter than the Razr was? Sure, a bit.. but it fits like it belongs. I have no issues with it.

I just upgraded my Razr to a Razr Maxx and the desktop stand works! Just went out and tried my car charger (Which I never used anyway, cause I couldn't find a place in my car to put it) and it doesn't fit... almost, but not quite. Anybody wanna buy a brand new Razr car port?
