Hi, This maybe staring me in the face but when an app gets a new notification on my s20 FE there are no numerical markers! Any ideas how to amend this as I've been missing new items without them! Thanks in advance ☺

It's set to the Tesco mobile network and the Tesco apn I've spoke to Tesco again today any they did a connection mannualy over the phone with me and no luck so I did a hard reset again nothing. I think it's not going to connect as I can't find any other ideas I haven't tried. I feel beaten lol
