Well when I go to the app, find my device it says I need to setup secure and erase but when I get it to send me a notification it either says failed or it does send it but when I click on it using the phone in question, nothing happens. Thanks

I got round to using smart switch and just as I thought, it didn't fix the problem. It must be a bug in the firmware which i tried to tell Samsung but they wasn't interested. Not happy! Ninko
