Anyway to downgrade to old version of Android?

Thanks for all the information! Disappointing I won't be able to get it working on the S7, but if the S4 has had some success I may try using my old one and just using mobile hotspot on my S7 to get data to it,

Anyway to downgrade to old version of Android?

So I'm in a sort of complicated situation but the jist is this: I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback which has Mirrorlink. The S7 is supposed to be Mirrorlink-capable, but it comes with Mirrorlink 1.1 and the car uses Mirrorlink 1.0, which is a completely different app. Without the old Mirrorlink...

Samsung Galaxy S6 Why I would have liked a removable battery

Re: Why I would have liked a removable battery I swap at least once daily, and twice fairly often. Can't charge at work, and my commuter train has no outlets. I can't imagine the battery life being that much better with technology two years newer than when my GS4 came out.

On the GS6. What's more of a deal breaker for you, no removable battery or no SD card?

I flatout refuse to buy any phone without both. "Premium"-looking design at the expense of features is supposed to be Apple's thing. I liked Samsung for prioritizing practicality.

The S6 will have the best battery life of all flagships this year, so stop complaining

Doesn't matter how long they claim the battery will last. My S4 lasts 8 hours on standby and a little over 2 with constant use at this point, and I'm sure it was rated way higher than that. If I can't have the peace of mind of carrying an extra couple of batteries with me they can forget about...

Samsung Galaxy S6 Why I would have liked a removable battery

Re: Why I would have liked a removable battery Some of us are rightfully pissed off that the company that made a point of advertising it's removable battery last year are removing our favorite feature this year. The more complaints they see about it, the more likely they are to fix the error...

No Replaceable battery, No SD Card, No S6 for me

Samsung just lost my business as well. I go through two full batteries a day and am usually not near an outlet to charge. Why would I want to carry around a giant charging pack instead of a tiny battery just so my phone can be infinitesimally thinner? I really don't understand why everyone is...

Waiting for 2015 flagships or buying S6 at launch?

I'm waiting for someone to release something with a removable battery and extendable storage. Those are the two primary reasons I chose Samsung over Apple in the first place. If I can't get a phone with those options, I might as well buy an iphone.

What is the best option for a spurned Galaxy user?

So I'd been planning on "upgrading" from my Galaxy S4 to the new GS6 later this year... until I heard about the "design changes" including a glass back. I've now ruled Samsung out, as if I wanted a phone with no removable battery, no expandable storage, and that feels durable but isn't I would...
