Pre-ordered online April 8th an S8+ in Midnight Black on AT&T, just got the shipping text and will be here tomorrow. Best Buy came through!

Card charged, my order has moved to "Preparing" showing "Get it by April 26th" - hope that's a glitch, too!

So my card finally got charged about 20 minutes ago! I get the order status unavailable message like others here, but at least I got charged. Hoping to receive tomorrow or Friday.

Mine hasn't moved at all, shopping directly to home.

I ordered online for shipping to my door. All signs pointed to delivery by (or on) the 21st so status has to be changing here soon.

I think the "In Progress" is the normal for Best Buy orders given that we are still 6 days from release; I don't think there's any cause for concern (although it's always nice to see some status changing like T-Mobile has been doing, even though it means only a label was created)

Should be able to log on to your "My Best Buy" account and view order status IF you ordered online. If you did it in the store, then I'm not sure if there is a way to check on that one aside from asking the reps in store!
