I'm running 8.10 on my Nexus 6P. I got an update today for security flaws but the text on the message says Nexus 5X. Any ideas as to what to do? Factory reset? I dont want to d/l a update not meant for my phone.

I tried to see if opting out would bring me 8.1. It did not and went back to 8.0. And backup didn't restore anything. So stick with what you have for now.

Try adding the Clean Master Lite program. Give it all the permissions it asks for. I had the same issue and this was a solution that works all the time from others posted on the Google help pages.

Does seem to be a little snappier. I did a wipe cache after installing so not sure if that's the reason or not.

Security reverted to January's patch on mine.

How many of see that when you try to get into recovery mode with 7.0 that the text is red and there is nothing that will appear? It seems to be an issue with the current build NRD90M.
