I use AkrutoSync. Automatically Sync Outlook Across All Devices | AkrutoSync What I like about it is that it syncs other devices that aren't Android. Hope the sky doesn't come crashing because I dared mention I have a non-Android device :)

Assuming your network settings are fine -- try a soft reset. If that doesn't work ... might try a hard reset. Downside is that you would lose your data. Maybe you have a backup?

Leery of trying any Samsung backup/transfer/sync product after Kies nightmare. I think I'll stick with AkrutoSync for Outlook sync stuff. Working well.

Try Samsung Kies? (Just use it for the transfer. I don't recommend it for backup / sync.)

Everything I've read about Smart Switch says it's for helping switch from an old phone to a new Samsung phone. But I saw a tiny line somewhere on a UK site that it can sync every day with Outlook. Anyone know if this feature works? Thanks!

If you try to use Kies to backup an S6 phone, the device will tell you to use Smart Switch. So it's not a matter of people not wanting to use Kies ... but that Samsung is requesting the switch. It's not clear what Switch can do from an ongoing sync perspective. All reports talk about using...
