How do I go about changing the "default" apps/buttons at the bottom of the screen that stay the same from home screen to home screen? Right now the "app" button is on the right. I want it in the middle and internet on the right. How do i change it?

I've disabled google books and earth and music and videos. Lately, for some reason, they have been "auto" un-disabling by themselves. This never happened until this week. Additionally, lately, maps has been activating by itself, and I can see it on the recent apps screen as a blank image...

Whenever I run google places and search for something (ex: car wash), it runs a search but then nothing happens. I will have to repeat the search 3-4 times before it "goes through" and I'm given a list of places; but even then, when I try to map it or get the address, it "resets" and I'm back...
