Yes, I phoned twice. Friendly, but because the EIN was not in the database, they were unable to suggest anything. And emailed three times. Finally, two days after the final communication, it started working.

I have used Zagg with my nexus s and my nexus 4 and been very happy. No loss in sensitivity that I could detect and crystal clear. They honor their warranty.
