Don't forget that the S4 that is available is only 16GB of space, or 8.8GB of useable. I personally like the other options that are built into the HTC One, however I need them to fix some of the quality control issues with my handset.

Absolutely, I love it when my company tracks my every call through their network. I will stick with 2G and hopefully they will be adding cell repeater to the building since they are the ones paying for the phones that don't work.

If you look closely at the HTC One the letters are glued into the aluminum cutouts on the back of the phone. I got my direct from T-Mobile and the letters are not perfectly placed into the aluminum, so you can tell that they are not engraved there. Plus they are a significantly different...

I got my HTC One spcefically for the camera however the BoomSound and social integration was a plus. If you typically take pictures in well lit areas the the camera won't be as important to you. Keep in mind performance wise the S4 is still going to perform better than the S3 or older last year...
