If you mean “can you cycle through home screen panels endlessly in either direction”, then yes, there is a loop home screen option. I’ve attached a screenshot of the setting. You access it by long pressing the home screen and tapping Settings.

Clearing the cache partition may have solved this for me. May have... I'll see how it goes. EDIT: Issue came back after a week, so cache partition clear wasn't permanent fix.

My recent apps menu also stopped working yesterday on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6. Restarting the phone bade it reappear briefly, but now it's gone again. I hadn't installed amy new apps.
