I just preordered through Verizon (the My Verizon app) for delivery by 10/25! White ones are delivering by 11/1. I'm cancelling my Google order. For anyone on VZW, check it out.

No, I ordered black because white was sold out at that point in time (it came back later with a later delivery date.) You are right though that it is only the white ones that say 6-7 weeks. Black ones are saying 4-5 weeks, which is probably the same batch as the Nov 8 ones (5 weeks from now)...

VZW pre-orders start in 52 minutes, so I'm gonna see if their delivery dates are any sooner. Google orders can be cancelled until the order packs.

Aw, man. I thought I ordered right away, but I got in the "arriving Nov 8-9" wave. Better than the people ordering now "shipping in 6-7 weeks" though.

I think I've figured out that last time, Google started presales right away, but Verizon started selling it a few days later.

I've heard from several people who pre-order ordered Pixel right away that they got it Oct 19. People who ordered the next day got it in November.

How long after the announcement did VZW start selling it last time?

Does anyone know how soon we'll be able to pre-order it after the announcement?

I need a new phone, like, last week, and I'm pretty set on the Pixel XL2 at this point. I use Verizon, so it'd be nice to get it through them, but will we be able to get it on the 4th? Will they have them in store or online? I am willing to go to the VZW store in the morning, or order online...
