We didn't get an option to switch colors during the recall exchange. We also didn't get the option for full refunds either :(

Both black and silver were sold out when I preordered, so I ended up with Gold.

It came in the box with my US T-Mo version. Other places like my SoftBank version in Japan doesn't.

My guess is that the photos she's trying to send on stock messaging app is the pic file is too large (2+ MB). Either dial down the resolution on the camera or run the pics through a photo enhancer app to scale it down for texting/emailing. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
