I am using the USB that came with the phone. I also tried an old one with the adapter the phone came with and it does the same thing.

So I got the new Galaxy s8+ and so far I love the phone. I have tried everything to make this happen and nothing works. If I connect to my PC with the USB cable the PC see's the phone and all files. I go to the DCMI folder and I can see all pictures and video I have taken on the phone. I can...
