I take it the phone gets a bit warm with such a drain, you haven't told us which app it is either? I would un-install the offending app, reboot the phone, then see if the drain has gone. If so reinstall the app and see what happens.. Posted via Android Central App

You could try calibrating the keyboard first, in settings. This may help. Otherwise backup everything, then factory reset. Then try your file opening. If you still have trouble and it's within warranty, take it back to the shop. Posted via Android Central App

Have you tried E S File Explorer, it will be able to change any details you want, then going back to your default player to play the music. Hope this helps. Posted via Android Central App

If I remember properly I had seen this phone for sale, and remember the blue stains made by the case on the aluminium body. Why not try some cling film between the case and the phone back. Hope this helps. Paul. Posted via Android Central App
