Hmm. I not sure about straight talk. Have you gone in and looked at the apn settings within the textra app settings? sometimes it may not reflect what the phone's settings are. Posted via the Android Central App

You should be able to set your messages notification for each of your contacts in the default contacts app (using the pencil/edit icon.).It's right below the runtime setting for the contact. Lg g3, at&t, stock contacts and messaging. Posted via the Android Central App
