Why send a picture of 8 Mpx when 1 Mpx is enough to be displayed on the best phone's screen ? It would be better if you resize your photos before sending: you will send them faster with less cost on data, your friend will also receive them faster ! But you don't want a complex app that slows...- Peveko

How to Resize photos to send via text...?
I 'd mention also Pic Resizer , a little capable app to resize multiple photos. Hope it helps.- Peveko
