    Re: Unfortunately vzwavsservice has stopped I have the same problem with my galaxy s5 and I talked to verizon tech coach ( what a waste of time) all they wanted to do was reset phone that is their answer to everything.

    Thats the only thing that worked for me (You have to make sure you don't have "answer incoming calls with voice" turned on. )

    They have different styles the big hard core one and the slimmed down version which I have and it works great.
