Flashlight has much less of a delay now. Also as someone noted, the charging notification now shows estimated time until fully charged.

Completely kill the battery then let it charge 100%. I did that a day after getting my D2 and it worked wonders.

Same exact thing happens on my D2. Its probably just a memory issue. After the first time you initiate the notification bar in landscape mode, the phone keeps that "memory" running and therefore its smooth for a while after.

Yeah absolutely. They need to know that there's a ton of people out there who want this taken care of. Honestly though, I've never had a phone that has done anything like this. I've never heard myself during a phone call on anyone else's phones either. I honestly can't understand how companies...

Thanks for the information. I can't believe this software issue gets by Verizon's "rigorous" OS testing. Im coming from a Blackberry Tour that had a few terrible OS releases from Verizon, and now this. I guess taking it to Verizon wont solve anything then.. :rolleyes:

That seems to be absolutely correct.

No Lock does disable swipe-to-unlock however it also disables the pattern lock, so there is no screen lock at all. edit: I lied, even with No Lock if you do have a pattern lock enabled, the standard swipe-to-unlock screen still appears.
