WiFi issue has been resolved. It appears there are 2 versions of the H96 max+. My assumption the difference is WiFi chip used in the current H96 max+ The 1st pie OS is a non "C" version. It too suffers from same problem cannot be upgraded here are some screen shots

I have H96 max+ 2018 4G x 64G running Android 8.1 purchased in Oct 2018 (non clock version) recently Utube app stopped working asked to be upgraded. Google play said the upgrade is not compatible with my version Android.....c ur friendly supplier for a solution. Went H96 web site and downloaded...
