so we did a factory and all is good. Did not mention on initial setup of the phone there was intermitent lag. I thought it was phone syncing. Anyways - all is good after factory. Thxs.

it happenned to his doid inc too. thats why we got dinc2. i think its the mail. got to get him to see what apps are "running" too

i did his local cablevision acct (optimum) as pop but then in the mail icon i brought in gmail so unified inbox. i dont think that was pop

I think it was his email. I had him delete 2 folders from his email: Trash and Sent. This helped. Also I have his gmail loaded into his mail icon so he has a unified inbox with his POP3 account but I think he has to check the gmail icon to see what happens there when he deletes a gmail email...

It was actually my moms husbands phone. I can get the apps from him...are there any known that cause a drag on phone?

It was working fine then it really started to drag after i installed some apps. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

I never use it. I find that I can fly in virtual landscape and do pretty good on portrait too. Not complaining cause I love this phone but if another came out with same features, OS 2.0 and better keyboard (Read: Motus) I would jump ship ASAP. Hello MOTO.

Go into market - menu key - downloads - apps should say update available (or installed if no update available) Got to hand it to the developers. I check this daily and it seems like there is an update available almost all of the time. Droid.
