I've tried resetting both my phone and bt headset - no luck :(

I set my galaxy nexus to be discoverable and try searching on my jawbone icon, but it never finds anything. Additionally, I try searching from my phone and it can't find by bt headset (not sure if it should be able to). My phone can, however, find other bt devices so it makes me think it's not...

I have a jawbone icon and I can't get it to pair with my Galaxy Nexus. My phone can't find it at all. It worked instantly on my Droid X, but no luck so far with the Galaxy Nexus. Any ideas anyone (tried resetting bt headset).
