I too have this problem. It drives me nuts! Duplicate songs that sometimes don't even play and sometimes do play. I have meticulously deleted them and they eventually come back. I've tried different players too.

After reading many suggestions about doing a reset after upgrading to ICS, I finally bit the bullet and did it. Wow! it fixed all my problems. Keis backup now works. It used to freeze on pairing. I can find my screenshots now. And I now have the ICE feature in my contacts/groups menu. So, reset...

OK, I did the factory reset and it fixed my problems. I now have the ICE choice in the groups menu. Screen capture storage is fine now too. I was even having trouble with backing up with Kies. It would freeze, saying it was pairing even after leaving it for hours. Now it backs up in like 10 seconds!

Ok, I don't know what I did but now they are located in the folder sdcard/pictures/screenshots.

Is there a way to choose where screenshots get stored? Since the ics upgrade, my screenshots go to the clipboard and not in a folder like before.
