widget with shortcuts missing after JB upgrade

Hey all, Before upgrading to Jelly Bean (from ICS), I had a widget that had shortcuts on it for wi fi, gps, display brightness, settings and others. It was a quick way to get to these options without having to navigate through different menus. Anyone else had this? I can't find it in JB.

Pull down your notificatoons bar.
Swipe your status bar down and they will be all there.
