T95 Max Android TV Box

I have a T95Max android TV box. Installed trend micro antivirus on it. Ran a scan, which failed. One reason is because it is a rooted device. Am worried about security issues now. If I unroot the device, will it still function well? I use it to watch iptv.

Have an T95Max android TV box. Installed trend micro anti-virus, ran a scan that failed because the device is rooted. Is this a safe thing? If not, can it be unrooted and still function well?
