Ok, so I get to the Red Triangle screen, then nothing happens. I wait a couple of minutes and it reboots to the screenshot again. I am guessing that maybe the previous owner wiped all operating systems or something?

It goes to recovery mode with a red triangle with an exclamation point inside, then nothing. I saw on another threat holding volume up button and power button, that lead to the menu as in the picture attached again. Is it another button combination? Sorry, this all seems like really basic...
