Yes.

Not only have I done that in the past, I cleared the cache on the whole phone and restarted the phone. No change. I sent a note to Walmart right after posting my original note here. I hope to hear from them soon. If they resolve the issue, I'll post the results here

The N4 is Qi compliant. I have 2 Qi chargers (one home and one at work) that I use with my N4.

I am. My best phone to date was my Treo 680, but the N4 is running strong with no issues (Lollipop). I constantly fight App issues, but the Phone and Android seems to be solid.
