Yes and ring can see my video's I just can't watch them just have a black screen with spinning circle then error message while trying to play video.i replied to another post on here they have same thing with his note .

I have the same problem with my s10+ even before the update 10 still doesn't work with the rapid ring.do you think it's a Verizon problem but my s8+ shows the ring video's no problem I had multi friends use there phones on my ring and they can also play the video's. What the hell!

I can't even see live recording but on the s8+ I can without the subscription. The subscription is for to save the recordings.

This s10+ software SUCKS #1, don't get voicemail notifications I have to check it old school #2 can't watch history videos from my ring doorbell. But get this I can replay ring videos on my s8+ .stupid software

Keep getting a error to play video from my ring doorbell.friend don't have this problem we both didn't subscribe the plan yet any thoughts. I have s10 + and ring 2.

I just replaced mine yesterday to IQ sheild the case I had on mine caused rub marks when putting it in the belt holster.not going to use the holster if I put the case back on.

I have the s8+ ready to pay the balance to get S10+( maybe) after looking hrs on YouTube about the phone .But I would like a little bigger phone like the note 9 but will it keep up for 2 yrs?the note 10 will be to expensive for me when it comes out. So what would this forum choose.side note...
