i did a factory reset 10 mins after updating,so i just want to know is it normal to see installing updates along with erasing, and how can i detect update failure? ( if what i did caused problem to the update)

so yesterday i updated the phone to the latest firmware available,the updating was a success no issues occurred,after that a friend suggested me to do a factory reset to avoid any potential bugs/issues, and i did so,the thing is i noticed that the phone was showing both 'erasing' and 'installing...

can u pls check ur's? this could be normal i dunno, u would only notice it just if u use direct light

retail box, i also got it checked with 'phone info' app and it says it's a new device

so i received a new device today as the other one was replaced cos of some issues,anyway, this unit is way better than the other one except for one annoying thing ,the home button, well it's not so loose like the old one and doesn't make the click sound at one side only like the other one did...

the button feels loose even before the accident, I just wonder whether the button is tightened well or not? can someone just take the button out of the phone using only nails? If not then my phone is well

lol seriously ! fyi iam one of whom u ppl call 'samsung fan' and actually iam so impressed with all spec nd staff that s6 brings and i was ready to buy the phone once it's released but with scores like these ( which u should've blamed not me ) i have to re think, unless u know something i don't know
