Can you change USB-C power direction?

I have an LG V60 (if that matters). I connect a portable monitor with battery to it and apparently, the montior charges my phone. Is there a way to prevent this? I know my phone can actually power a monitor without a battery so they USB-C does go both ways. Can it be set to just not do power stuff?

OK, I figured it out. In the Notifications is says to tap it to use phone as a touchpad. It then adds a pointer to the monitor screen. Thanks.

How do you use a scondary screen on LG V60 ThinQ (Andriod 11)

OK, so I plugged a portable USB-C montior into my phone and it says "Screen+". Theres an "extended desktop-like" thing on the montior with the icons: Chrome Gallery QuickMemo+ Youtube Settings What am I suppose to do with this? Is it expecting it to be a touch monitor? Can I screen duplicate...

Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone?

Re: Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone? Yeah, but it wasn't what I expected. It's not really a "copyover" to the new phone as the backup application implied. I guess I pretty much have to manually copy over the photos with specific folders (unless there's another app...

Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone?

OIC. Thanks, found them scattered into the main area. But wow, that is just about the dumbest feature I've ever heard of in a "Backup" application. I take it it doesn't actually copy over all the photos onto my new phone either. It has to be accessed via Google Photos.

Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone?

Re: Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone? LG V60 ThinQ 5G Yes, that screen lists the backup of my old phone as well as my new phone. When I setup my new phone it asks if I want to restore data from an old phone or something. I did and it copied over all the Apps, SMS...

Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone?

There's a "Back up device folders" in the Photos and Videos section in Google Backups. You can select individual folders to backup. OK, on my old phone, I found the folders under "Library" in Google Photos. However, they are not in my new phone. I also can't find them in the browser site...

Where are the backup "folders" on my new phone?

Hello, I used the Google backup thing to transfer my stuff into a new phone. It had an option to select folders and I can't seem to find the folders. I even checked the computer browser sites Drive and Photos and I couldn't find them. Thanks!

Tearing a Lithium Battery outer foil packaging

Hello, I was trying to see if I can remove my battery from my phone (Sony Xperia Z3 Compact). In the process I tore the outer "foil cover" of the battery like that shown @02:50 in the below video where they also do it removing the battery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbvYl2JwWG4 It...

Removing paint over logo on Generic replacement screen from ebay

UPDATE: I happened to get it a little wet once and then noticed part of the corner scratched off. So I wiped it a bit with a damp cloth and the next day I guess the water "weakened" it and was able to remove the paint with my nails to reveal the logo. Just an FYI in case this comes of any use...

Removing paint over logo on Generic replacement screen from ebay

So I got this Generic DIY replacement screen for my broken phone. It has some paint or other coating over the brand logo. I can see from the back that the logo is actually there, but for whatever reason, they had to cover it I guess. I tried to scratch it with my nails but it doesn't chip it...

Xperia ZR keeps pressing buttons when dunked in water

Is this normal? The commercial shows you can use it in a pool and whatever. How do you use it if it keeps pressing buttons by itself? Thanks.
