How do you use a scondary screen on LG V60 ThinQ (Andriod 11)

OK, so I plugged a portable USB-C montior into my phone and it says "Screen+".

Theres an "extended desktop-like" thing on the montior with the icons:
Chrome
Gallery
QuickMemo+
Youtube
Settings

What am I suppose to do with this? Is it expecting it to be a touch monitor?

Can I screen duplicate into the secondary monitor so I don't need to touch it as an "extended display"?

OK, I figured it out. In the Notifications is says to tap it to use phone as a touchpad.
It then adds a pointer to the monitor screen.

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear, you have an LG V60 as well? Are you trying to use a portable USB-C monitor like the OP described?

Well i just connect to USB port on chrome book it screen doesnt change nor does it popup on desk top

I have tried reboot but when u hold power it has 4 options
Lock down
Power off
Restart
And
Safe mode

Yeah, I still use this and I already saw this thread, but sounds like the posters are asking about third party basic monitors and not the official secondary screen case. I don't have any experience with stand alone monitors on a phone, and I use my secondary screen case to take up space in my junk drawer because I never could get use to having it on my phone. The USB plug adaptor that allowed charging with the case on was quickly lost as well, so it just became cumbersome.
