Did the "Date and Time" trick last night. Took about 90mins total over WiFi. I'm in California.

Okay, I just did it and it worked perfectly!! And it did less of a restart and more of just allowing Nova to start up and let me password in. Though, it went to the HTC splash screen but not a full restart. Thanks a ton!

Well I got as far as I could with this SDK, using ADB and the CLI it returns "device not found." So I can only assume as mentioned in most instructions, the phone has to be in "usb debugging mode" and since I can't get into the phone I can't enable it.

Thanks for the reply. So, this being a standard ATT HTC One shouldn't be an issue using the SDK? It's not rooted or anything, as I read this is just a way of communicating with my Android device.

Thanks, I'll give the mail stuff a shot. Found this in another thread that seems to fix or temporarily fix the weather bug: Turn "update location" in weather on and off, then go to "Google Settings" and turning location off and on, and finally in the Location Service under settings off and on...

Yup, as rainman4tech above mention. It's changing locations and updating fine now.

Also, was having the same issue. Just followed these instructions and it seemed to fix the problem...however, we shall see.
