I use my Xperia Z2 without a data plan. I'm using Consumer Cellular, and they use the ATT network. Works great. 4G, Wi/fi, etc. It is better in every way than my Sprint Samsung GS4. And far cheaper network charge. I followed Consumer Cellular instructions to setup Z2. Ray

Sounds like the S4 is not replying to the contacts request. You need to select device OK in S4.. You can select the radio + under the Bluetooth heading. Then select media audio and/or input device.

Re: Anyway to Restore Mobile Data Toggle? On Google Play an app called Data ON-OFF will give you that feature. Ray

Sprint, GS4, Android 4.3. I can not Force Stop or Uninstall Knox. I constantly get a security notification. Before 4.3 I never knew Knox existed. "To find KNOX-You have to go to Settings>More>Security>Device Administrators." The Knox is grayed out at this location. Ray
