Nope Samsung Pay is missing . Even with the new June 1 security update that just rolled out. Again I have the unlocked US version and US Gear S3. Other users on Reddit have reported the same thing.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but this is what I noticed about the lag... If you are in an area with poor cell reception, the phone will lag. I think this is because the apps that might be running in the background such as Facebook, Twitter, Outlook, etc are trying to pull the data...

OK so I disabled S Health, S Voice and Samsung + and it is significantly smoother now. Try it!
